During the product sharing session, Mr. Liu Shuai, Product Director of Masterwork, introduced the YOUE·MK1700CS waste-cleaning die-cutting machine solution to the guests. According to the introduction, the efficiency of traditional longitudinal splicing production is severely restricted, and the paper utilization rate is low. However, the MK1700CS waste-cleaning die-cutting machine has a large paper size of 1700mm1260mm, which can meet the demand for large-format die-cutting of multiple spliced beer boxes, household appliance boxes, Taobao boxes, express boxes, color box outer packaging, etc. The highest speed can reach 6000 sheets/hour. When making a certain brand of aseptic milk box with four splices that will not separate the paper, the efficiency is increased by 33.3% compared to three splices; when making a certain brand of green tea box with a net weight of 7.5L (500ml15), the efficiency is increased by 50% after three splices!
