Heidelberg Thailand Delegation Visits Masterwork, Expanding Global Network

Recently, Masterwork welcomed the visit of Heidelberg Thailand and its customer delegation. The two parties focused on core issues such as advanced manufacturing technology and intelligent production and carried out all-round and in-depth exchanges.

At the beginning of the event, customers walked into the Masterwork Intelligent Manufacturing Headquarters Base, which gathered the core equipment at the forefront of the industry, covering key printing and packaging equipment such as hot stamping, die-cutting, coding and marking, product inspection, and folder gluer. Under the on-site demonstration of the technicians, the customers intuitively felt the significant advantages of MK in process quality, equipment stability and automation. Among them, the customers expressed particular interest in the efficient operation mode of the intelligent stereoscopic warehouse and AGV system and indicated their intention to make a direct purchase.

To deepen the customers' understanding of equipment application, they then went to the production bases of Yiheng Intelligent Packaging and ZRP Printing & Packaging for a field visit. The stability and efficiency of MK equipment in the actual production environment have won high recognition from customers and laid a solid foundation for expanding business cooperation around the world.

During this visit, MK’s technical team held extensive discussions with the delegation, addressing inquiries on production processes, equipment maintenance, and future upgrades. Customized solutions for logistics automation and digital management were also proposed, tailored to the customers’ specific needs
