The JV agreements were officially on-line executed both in Tianjin China and Heidelberg Germany between MK and HDM on 23 Dec.,2021.
The construction of JV will be in line with standard of Industry 4.0. All concerned standards of HDM will be strictly executed in JV regarding to the process, plant management, procurement and quality control.HDM will provide the technical support for JV. The up-to-date 5-axis machining center will be adopted in JV and all operators have been trained in Germany. In JV, all fixtures and process used for HDM parts will be provided completely from Germany and such products will be strictly and completely checked by HDM in order to ensure the same quality standard as the origin in German plant.
Based on the strategy of “local for local”, the difficulties in worldwide material purchasing and issues of supply delay in HDM can be solved, meanwhile the capability in smart manufacturing in MK can also be enhanced with the technology and experiences from HDM, so that both MK and HDM can provide the intelligent products and services with high quality and high cost performance to its customers.
With this agreement executed, more advanced experiences from HDM will be available for JV regarding to management, manufacturing, process and quality control，which can promote industry upgrading and then provide products and services with even higher quality for customers.
