In the latest 2 years, the bidding price for tobacco package in all provincial CNTC has always been decreasing. In the end of 2019,the final tender price is decreased by 30% compared with the price in former years in the bidding of CNTC in YunNan province. Above on this, the impact of pandemic resulted in the higher and higher paper price. Due to these two factors,a considerable challenge is on the enterprises in the tobacco package.

How to deal with such changes suddenly happened easily? In Glareway Technology, improving by technical revamping and profiting by productivity is the way.

The significant increasing in production is available in the new machine MK R983-GW compared with the other two existing ones: 180m/minute can be reached in single sheet cutting, 200m/minute is available for web-to-web. The capacity of this single machine is the sum of the two existing machines while operators needed is 12 in two shifts compared with 24 in 4 shifts in two machines.

He also said that the cooperation with MK started more than 10 years ago. Almost all equipments in stamping and cutting workshop of Glareway are from MK, stamping , blanking, web-fed machines show the milestone of MK technology and they are the records showing the continuous development in MK.
